making temporary changes to state law in response to the COVID-19                                                               
outbreak in the following areas: emergency powers of the governor;                                                              
emergency powers of the commissioner of health and social services;

telehealth; charitable gaming and online ticket sales; access to federal                                                        
stabilization funds; wills; unfair or deceptive trade practices; school

liability; immunity from liability and disciplinary action for                                                                  
occupational licensees for exposure of clients to COVID-19; immunity                                                            
from liability for persons engaging in business and their employees for                                                         
exposure of customers to COVID-19; abortion funding; and personal                                                               
objections to the administration of COVID-19 vaccines; and providing                                                            
for an effective date" was engrossed, signed by the President and                                                               
Secretary and returned to the House for consideration.
